I own a moving company and I only used it twice and I love it. Makes the job way easier and is light weight. Could use a bigger pallet but still works fine the way it is. I was using one from Canadian tire before and it can’t even compare.

Awesome hand truck.

The handcart arrived on time with all parts as advertised. Everything fit together fine, but it's important to pay close attention to the instructions and use the correct mounting locations. The parts are universal/modular and must be assembled based on the size of wheel being used. There was one small burr on an extrusion. It was easily filed smooth, but parts should be carefully reviewed to avoid getting cut during assembly or use.The stair slider rails are nice, but not as great as I'd hoped. They would probably work better with a longer handle so the cart can be used at a lower angle to the stairs. I'm 6 feet tall and had to crouch quite a bit to engage the sliders. The real benefit to this handcart is the light weight. When going back with an empty cart, you can just carry it rather than bounce it up/down the steps. The wheels with ball bearings roll very smooth, and the cart made my move much easier overall. Thanks to the modular design I can also look into a longer handle to help with my stair slider issue.

Made in Michigan, USA. Very sturdy even up and down stairs. I keep it in my truck cab, it fits, it's always with me. Kit form, one hour to assemble.
