High quality, seam can cause unpredictable bounces
This is a really high quality med ball. It bounces more than the popular red-and-black ones, but less than the hard rubber ones. Only thing I don't like is the big stitches on the seam cause it to bounce in random directions, so just make sure to throw it so it makes contact with the seams out!

Well made!
I needed a tough medicine ball to use in my garage, and be able to bounce off the side of my house. Very pleased with Nordic's 14 pounder. It is tough and well stitched. As a bonus, I like their marketing, and packaging.
