Shoei Neotec II Helmet - Splicer (X-Small) (Orange)

I spend this amount of money hoping it would be a very quiet helmet; unfortunately, it's not, and I feel it should have been less noisy as other helmets.Don't get me wrong; it still far better than other helmets, but that's my only complaint.I bought this mainly because it's a modular helmet, it secures great, the visor is perfect, and it has excellent ventilation. Looks fantastic also, and in terms of safety you can tell this will protect your head very well.I haven't install any Sena Bluetooth device or anything but was able to use other Bluetooth earbuds underneath the helmet.

Very nice helmet.. love the sizing of Shoei(Large is same size on all models) Finally left my Shoei Quest to get this Neotec. Very comfortable and very nice air flow. I bought the Sena SRL with the helmet and it wasnt to difficult to install.. and looks so clean.

I had HJC Modular wanted something much quieter. My HJC was XXL so that what I got at first. The NEOTEC II XXL was to big I returned it for a XL and it was perfect. Its much quieter, I will say this though, the airflow through the helmet could be better. I know that will probably mess with the quietness of the helmet, but while moving its not bad, but stopped, thank God its modular. The design is good, I was actually able to lower my screen a bit and there was little to no buffering. I rode 650 miles in a day and only at the end did the helmet start to feel heavy. I got a SEMA system for the helmet, the two complement each other well.

Nothing to dislike with Shoei, at least for my head shape. Fits snug, as it should, and does not create hot spots. Build quality is superb and it looks really cool!

Very good quality, confortable, low buffet and very good air circulation inside the helmet. I would like a bigger visor for improving the awareness. But it is a minor detail and I think a tendency now to some brands to have bigger visors.
