The case offers great drop protection for the phone edges and back. Paired with a good screen protector, my phone feels bullet proof without a lot of added bulk. My only complaint is that after 8 months or so the mute switch started to wear down and eventually quit working altogether. I was outside the one year warranty but contacted Catalyst to see if I could just order a replacement mute switch. Catalyst responded to my request by replacing the case altogether free of charge!! Outstanding company who fully backs their products!

I’m kind of disappointed. I’ve had this case for about 2 weeks and the little place has that holds the lanyard broke already! This is probably not a deal breaker for most readers but it is for me. The new iPhones are heavy and my hands don’t work that well so arrest strap is vital. I searched inserts for a sturdy case with a place for a wrist strap and found this one to be the best. Now however, I am left with attaching the wrist strap somewhere else on the case until I can figure something else out. On the plus side when the strap broke and the phone hit the floor it did not suffer any damage.
