For almost 2 weeks my neck had been stiff and I couldn't figure out what was going wrong. At first I suspected that I might have done something wrong while working out, but when it subsided slowly and came back again, I knew it was not the reason. Then did a little digging on pillows and stiff necks and bingo, found the cause. A friend recommended I get a memory foam pillow and I bought this one a month ago after reading the reviews.Happy to add my review stating that it is a life saver ! In just one night my neck had loosened up considerably and after 3 nights my neck came back to normal and has been normal since then ! It has a beautiful softness to it but not the kinds that cotton has as you'll immediately notice the fluidity and bounce of the material. Almost feels like a water pillow. The wave-like shape is even more effective depending on how you sleep - on your back or on the side.Recommended it to a friend who loved it so much, she bought two more for use in her family. Great product, go for it !

The product is just a piece of foam wrapped in a white cover. ZERO Comfort and ZERO ergonomics.

I ordered as I have severe neck and shoulder pain. Quality is good. Pillow, extremely comfortable and helps in relieving neck, shoulder and back pain.

Its a really good item.my neck pain has gone..its comfortable,absorbs heat, good quality.. however i wish it had a little bit more height but overall a really good product.must buy for those who suffer through neck issue

Product is softer that I expected. The contour touches top side of head which causes discomfort.
