Q: Can someone tell me is this the consistency of Talcum powered or not. Please describe please.

It is a little heavier than talcum powder as it is dance wax.

Q: will it work on concrete floors

The floor we were on was like the floor in a garage and it worked fine. Be careful because if you get too much it will be very slick.

Q: Is this product dangerous on skin contact?

I can only tell you about my experience. I “over sprinkled” the wax on one occasion, and got the product on my hands as I cleaned up the overage. I washed my hands and arms promptly and had no itching or redness. My skin is rather sensitive so I was pleased when I experienced NO reaction. Love the product!
