Indoor only. Bought for outdoor. I put outside and it was useless in the rain. Should specify indoor only. I wish I could return.

Nice heavy-duty mat. It sits secure on our hard-wood floor just inside the kitchen door and it does keep pine needles, moisture and muck right on the mat. We like that a lot. Oh, and may I mention muddy puppy paws? This mat appears to be rugged and fits our decor perfectly.
