HEALTHY WOMAN SOY SUPPLEMNT TB 45

This pill is a miracle pill. My hot flashes just started about 5 months ago. I tried a few other over the counter things. One of my coworkers mentioned that HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) worked for her. Me, being the sort of health nut that I am, did some research and came across The Healthy Woman Soy Tablets. I am on my 3rd bottle. These pills WORK! I have had NO night sweats AT ALL. Hot flashes? Maybe one or two a week. I have told all my friends about this product.

IT DID NOT WORK

For right now, it's helping with some hot flashes. Every womans' body is different though. I have changed products though, depending on whether it's working.

I've used a variety of soy supplements to help with hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms, since I don't want to use HRT due to family medical history. Healthy Woman works well for me, and I appreciate being able to have a larger supply on hand, so I don't have to re-stock so frequently. This was a good price for a good amount.

A friend recommended these to minimize hot flashes, and they have worked perfectly. It doesn't eliminate them, butthey are way easier to handle. Plus you get the benefit of a soy supplement. I like that it comes with a two-pack too, so I am not having to order every month either.

This is an awesome alternative to HRT. I am 65 and insurance will no longer pay for the Prempro I have been on for years. It has reduced night time hot flashes from approximately 8 to 2 or 3.

I depend on taking one of these tablets each morning. and I have for several years now. I have very few hot flashes when I take them. Occasionally when I run out of them, the hot flashes increase noticeably!

I take this soy supplement for hot flashes and it definitely helps. For me, it doesn't eliminate them entirely, but reduces hot flashes by 60-70%. The pills are easy to swallow. The price is reasonable. I recommend them.
