La stabilité de la rampe est vraiment mauvaise. Il y a deux positions de hauteur mais malheureusement il n'y a pas de mécanisme pour la fixer donc très instable quand notre chien (14 lbs) veut l'utiliser. Cela lui fait peur et il refuse de monter sur le sofa ou le lit en l'utilisant. Le tapis de recouvrement est aussi très glissant. Nous allons devoir le changer et y mettre de quoi de plus antidérapant ainsi que de fabriquer une barrure pour le mécanisme de hauteur de positions. Somme toute très dispendieux pour un objet que nous allons devoir modifier.

This is exactly what my old 16 yr old dog needed to get on the couch! It’s a solid well built product. Pay attention to fine details when assembling but once you get that it goes together great! Happy customer!

My 7 pound Yorkie has a luxating patella and was having a hard time getting up his stairs. I waited for this ramp to be available and purchased it as soon as it was. I had read the reviews and saw that many people thought it was bad quality so I was a little worried when it arrived. I bought a used one at a discounted price and it arrived in perfect condition. Took about 15 minutes to put together and because one review said the main hinge was put in with staples I used PL premium caulking glue to secure it to the main ramp . My Yorkie took to it immediately and loves it with no pressure on his knee whatsoever. I think it was just bad luck that some people got a bad ramp. I think it's worth taking a chance and if it's not great when you order it and it arrives then send it back and get a refund. Overall a great ramp for my 7 pound Yorkie

It's solid, works as advertised. I'm happy with it. However, for the money, I would've expected to see some rubber feet on the base to keep it in place. If you care about your floors, expect to have to pay a few bucks for some felt pad stickers or something.It also got loose very easily and a couple screws dropped out, just from light used. (15 pound dog using it daily)But I'll keep it for a long time, and would probably buy it again.

Bought this item for my 18 lb dog Looks very nice but as soon has he went up the ramp and did a little jump to get on the bed the ramp came a part ( where the staples are yes staples ) so the ramp collapsed hitting the floor scaring the shit out of my dog. Now he won’t even go near it. I honestly don’t know why they would use wood staples on the main bracket ????
