very comfortable, well priced and software works great.
As a long time Razer keyboard owner the swap to cooler master has been great, the red switches have a much more subtle key click but feel faster and more responsive compared to the green switches with the razer keyboard.Removing Razer synapse felt liberating and the masterplus software feels so much better, less bloated and has some very nice pre-set lighting modes. The software is simple, but not in a bad way. It has everything you need in a simple and clean layout and it isnt trying to force you to download extra apps you dont need. Its a very well priced keyboard with alot of thought and feels very robust and premium. The addition of the wrist pad and key removal tool in the box is a bonus too.

Great if you don't need full key set
Very impressed with this keyboard, the action of the keys is great and the keyboard itself is well finished and reassuringly robust and sturdy. The triple option of wired/wireless/Bluetooth is great and I find the volume control knob on the keyboard so indispensable (and use it so often) that I'm now wondering why all keyboards don't have one! The only caveat is that the keyboard is really cut down in size - not only is there no numberpad but even functions like "home/end" to go to line start/end or printscreen are only accessible via combo/function key presses. Its not a big issue for many people's use cases but just make sure you don't use these often since having to use a keyboard combo to access them prevents quick access and could get annoying if you regularly use those functions. Its also worth noting that, this being a mecahnical keyboard, typing is relatively loud - worth bearing in mind if you are working in a quiet environment or if you work from home and have a partner that is sensitive to noise that you are going to drive crazy

Brilliant keyboard
I’d give it 9/10. Pros: Solid metal cover with a plastic back gives it premium feel but keeps it weighing nicely. The RGB gets very bright with a full range of colours. The red switches are perfect for typing or gaming a nice solid click not too loud like blues. My favourite part is the colour way of this keyboard, the grey and black looks so clean and modern it makes my old black keyboard look hideous and matches my room well. RGB round the sides is a nice touch.Cons: No software for the colours…This keyboard only changes colours and cycles by pressing certain keys, the CK351 has the cooler master software but this CK352 doesn’t? This seems like a simple solution for cooler master to add.Overall great product just a slight con.

CoolerMaster CK721 keyboard
Playing fps games when have time. One minus I can give for: what don't have F buttons but can use CoolerMaster button. Can set light for any button, save couple profiles. Good quality.

Keys Double Click or Don't register
Owned for a year and some of the keys double type when pressed once, or they don't register at all. Pretty useless.

WOW!
This is the BEST keyboard I've ever purchased. The keys are easy to press, dont make much noise, stable and cool. The brushed aluminium makes it all look premiumI was hesitant to buy, I though for the price I would get something cheaply. So I winged it. I was wrong, it's great, brilliant infact.Do not be discouraged.Cons, for heavy hitting finger types. At first it may seem strange, but when you get used to it. You will understand how good it is

Great Product
Really great keyboard and I use it on three different devices, my PC, MacBook Pro and Steam deck. All work perfectly and without any issues.Really great product design and keys fell comfortable and very tactile to use. This is my now daily driver and happy to stay so for the foreseeable future.

Good keyboard, terrible software
The keyboard itself is pretty good. The build quality is great, the keys feel nice, and typing on it is enjoyable. The problem is the software, which is some of the worst I've ever encountered. It's unusable. It was difficult to get it to install, and when I managed that, the software wouldn't run. Eventually I got it to run, but it was unresponsive. I've tried reinstalling several times, running with compatability settings, installing old versions, but nothing works. You can do some things on the keyboard without the software, but it's very clunky. It's difficult enough figuring out how the lighting works, and good luck trying to set up macros on it.I got this when it was half price, and I'm probably going to send it back. Absolutely do not pay full price for this.
