Organic Semi-Metallic Brake Pads Formula R1, RR1, C1, R0, RX, Mega, The One

I had a difficult time installing these pads on my Formula RX. Installation in the caliper was no problem, but when it came to sliding my rotor between the pads, there was no way it would fit. I spent time and muscle trying to get my brake pads to separate a little bit, to no avail. I ended up bleeding my brakes and then installing. After a brake bleed the pads fit the rotor, however are still a little tight and rub a tiny bit. That doesn't bother me so much, I will wear down the brake pads quick enough.Reading other reviews, it seems like my caliper was a little tighter than others. looks like people are having a similar problem, but not to the degree that I experienced it. I'm buying my second pair now to replace my rear pads. I'll update my review once I finish that install.

Tight fit and it slightly drags even after pushing the calipers all the way in. Re-centering the calipers helped but still a little dragggy. So I agree with another reviewer that they seem a little fatter than stock. I figure it will just give me more of a workout for the next few training rides. Even with the slight drag I will probably purchase again due to the value and price savings over the expensive stock pads.

I need to test the pads this Summer on some steep Rocky Mountain's terrain to give a final review, but they installed easily and seem to work well. I agree they're a little snug but not enough to stop wheels from spinning around 10 times while on the stand, so they shouldn't have issues when riding. I'll try to add to this review after a couple rides on actual trail.

These give good stopping grip, but they are very noisy. I thought they would wear-in after a while, but they're still noisy after 100 miles.

Very high quality and they wear in properly. The breaks dont fade when going downhill fast. Their customer service is fantastic.

Installed on formula c1 brakes without any problems. No drag if you push the Pistons in fully before installing. Good braking power, no squealing. Better than factory in my opinion.
