This product was ordered on a doctor's recommendation to use for relieving swelling caused by infection. It hasn't been used yet because surprisingly the swelling cleared up in the day it took to get here (happy about very fast shipping/delivery!). It won't be opened until it's ready to be used, but the packaging is secure and the labeling is attractive. There's an expiration date on the back of one year hence, so that's good. The package is obviously plump full of leaves. Based on what I see, I have full confidence in the product from this company. I do wish some instructions or suggestions for use had come along with it, but that can be found by a web search, or perhaps the company's website. All-in-all, I would definitely buy this product again, and will check out the Solo Therapy website. Thank you!

I have multiple injuries: fracture, debris in knee and shoulder, misaligned hip. I made a "tea" that I immerse a towel or washcloth to create a compress for these locations. I keep them on the injured areas for 20 minutes, 2 - 3 times a day. It has made a HUGE difference. I am making an infused oil good for skin so I can apply it easily rather than sit for a long time each day. It'll take 4-6 weeks before it is ready. I intentionally said DO NOT INGEST in the subject line due to other reviews stating how sick they became. I'm assuming they ingested it and comfrey can be toxic to ingest. This is not meant to be ingested!!!
