For decorative purposes and looks very nice with my birch wood logs in it.
This log holder is exactly what I was looking for. It looks great in front of the gas fireplace. It's for decoration. Holds my birch wood nicely.

Nice Wood Holder
This wood carrier looks great on my fireplace hearth. I recently cleaned and painted my fireplace brick and the mantle and it looks great with my renovation of the room. Simple and sturdy for 4 pieces of wood inside. It was easy to put together. Just need an extra pair of hands to squeeze together while putting handle on, but other than that, easy assembly.

does the job
This log holder was not meant to be transporting large amounts of wood back and forth from the log pile outside. Occasionally maybe. As a decorative log holder for a gas fireplace setting it does the job nicely as it looks very nice and was easy to put together with the small wrench supplied. Tip....the handle seems smaller than the bottom plate but all you need to do is squeeze the bottom plate together slightly to meet the handle, it's meant to be that way! For a decorative log holder I recommend it.

Sturdy and priced very well!
Let's start with building it; Easy! It took 5 minutes to get it assembled. A very intuitive way to create this product.Once built; Holds the firewood needed for a small fireplace. Because it's so open, loading and unloading of the wood is nice and easy. Can be decorated depending on the holiday. Super lightweight so it's very mobile.Quality; Surprisingly durable. The cute little legs look flimsy, but one put together they do thier job very well. The handle will swivel a bit no matter how tight you get it which is more than fine for my use case. The base can hold the wood easily without worry of it bending.I would highly recommend this product at the price they are asking which is just about 25 (usd) after taxes.

Could be better
Really needs two attachments per side to stabilize while carrying wood. It looks nice but functionally it tilts and the wood falls.
