perfect!
Just like the ones I remember loving in Costa Rica. Nice flannel like material...makes an excellent cup of coffee!

good product
I was delighted to find these as a friend brought me a pour over coffee maker from Costa Rica. These fit well, are durable and easily washed.

I finally found the right fabric for this type of “colador”
The media could not be loaded. If you follow the instructions on how to clean the bag, it’ll last longer. My one and only complain is the metal wire used with this “colador”, I purchased like a month ago or so, and the wire is already rusty, besides that, I can tell you that it works amazingly. I hope they improve the wire quality because is hard to find this fabric in the market. Enjoy your coffee! By the way, Costarican coffee is a great choice for those picky coffee drinkers.

great colador... just too small.
Good colador if you only brew a small amount. But I like to brew a larger quantity than this was able to handle.

Proven to be awesome after a year of use!
These are great! After 2 weeks in Costa Rica a year ago and having the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had at the Red Frog in La Fortuna, I had to learn this method. I have been using these for a year. It gives you the perfect blend of allowing the flavor of the coffee through the filter more so than paper filters without letting too much of the granuals through like French press and steel filters. These don’t last forever so be ready to replace them if they get an off flavor for some reason.TIP!! The fellow at red frog taught me to use a spoon during the brewing process to “scrape” the inside of the filter sock to open it up and allow more of the flavor/aroma/oils through. This has proven to be a wonderful pro tip that I have adopted. Try it out! I do this once or twice between pouring some hot water through, especially what making more than one cup. Also, try to keep your batches small, no more than two or three cups per use.

The only place I ever found the coffee filters I wanted for my chorreador
It was a delight to find this product available on Amazon. I have lived in Costa Rica and I’d like the choreadot and I was not able to find the coffee filters I needed anywhere until I found these with Ticaland. I highly recommend them.

Only good Part of This Product is its "Mahogany" handle. Poorly made, otherwise
I make my Coffee the "Old School" way, as it was done in Brasil, 50 years ago. We used a similar type of Coffee filter Colator. I used to be able to buy a Decent, well-made and durable, Central-American-made coffee filter, in my local Grocery Store, but it's been discontinued. It led me to quickly seek another of the same type. This "Ticoland Colator" product is horrible. (I do like its Mahogany Handle, and also that it's responsibly made in Costa Rica. Unhappily, that was all I liked). The Diameter of its "Medium" sized colator is tiny, (perhaps it was meant to fit right over a demitasse rim itself, but I doubt it). It is also made of thin, too bendable, wiry "supposedly-Stainless Steel" metal (I don't really know what it's made of). Its length is good, but, along with its handle, that is all that I liked. Will not buy it again, and am returning the one I bought. Please note that the "Medium" size diameter is not at all "Medium" sized, but very small.

I do recommend this product. Great product, outstanding customer service
I recently purchased a set of this Chorreador, for some reason my first set developed rust stains around the rims. I contacted the seller and immediately sent me a replacement at no cost. I must say the customer service is outstanding and I couldn't love the product more. I have no issues with the new bolsas/chorreadores, one of them developed three small stains but the other two remained impeccable after using them. So I can not say the original issue has anything to do with the product itself, perhaps the ph of the water or something in the kind/brand of coffee I first used, I have no idea. Anyway, so far the bolsas are still perfect, nothing brews coffee better, I absolutely love them. Quick recommendation, follow the care instructions included in the package, otherwise the product or even your coffee may get ruined. And as the seller mentioned to me, do no use bleach.
