The item is a very cheap Chinese knock-off. The problems:1. Quality: It is made out of plastic that is so thin that it breaks on touch. Within 10 minutes of use in our garden, both of the car mirrors were broken and the car had scratches all over. After closing the trunk, the plastic locked and it's impossible to re-open it.2. Instructions: Google translate of Chinese instructions. Impossible to understand or follow. Most of the assembly was guess work but for remote pairing I had to reach out to the customer support. Customer support sent me a video, but unfortunately, the remote on the video was different than the remote in the manual and different than the remote included with the car.This is the worst product I ever purchased, no exaggeration. At $500 price, you'd expect that this will be a quality product. Don't be fooled.
