Fresh tasting and delicious
This is a very good blend, but a little on the stronger side for me. It's still a very delicious blend of flavors and has a robust, fresh taste to each ingredient.

Very good flavored spice.
I used this spice on some chicken breasts that I put on the grill. There was not a piece left over. Very good seasoning. Not too spicy, great with just a salad on the side.

Bitter stale taste
I am Egyptian and tried several za'atar brands, this one is bitter tasting and stale, not fresh. It's honestly not worth the money. Drive to your local middle eastern store and buy a bag of ziad zaatar " you will be more pleased with it than with this" I ended up throwing it in the trash " waste of money"

Two Stars
Excited to get this, but spices had little to no flavor.

Just okay...
This is a nice herb blend, but like another reviewer has mentioned, this one doesn't quite pack the punch. I've used it in hummus, in extra virgin olive oil for dipping bread, and for seasoning various meats before cooking. All turned out fine -- just not intensely flavored, no matter how much I used. This also doesn't come in a resealable bag -- you must transfer the contents to an airtight container to keep it fresh.

This is one of the best za'star blends you can get
This is one of the best za'star blends you can get, and it tastes very authentic, plus it supports Palestine! Sprinkle some in olive oil for a delicious bread dip, or spread the olive oil and za'atar on pita bread and bake in the oven for a few minutes. Mix it in plain Greek yogurt (2 tablespoons of za'atar for 8 oz of yogurt; add one tablespoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of lemon zest) to make a dip for veggies. You can also use this dip to season chicken. So yummy!

Yummy Za'atar
This za'atar is great, but I wish it were a little more salty and pungent, maybe it's lacking in sumac and/or salt compared to the za'atar I'm used to. I'd still choose it over other more flavorful brands because it's organic and fair trade and supports disadvantaged farmers.

Not the real thing
Terrible bitter taste. It's missing the seasonings that give it the salty/sour flavor. Had to send back.
