Ink Flow Leaves A Lot To Be Desired
I like how this pen feels in my hand, but the ink flow is subpar. Every time you pick it up, you have to scribble on something to get the ink flowing otherwise it skips like crazy. After that, it still skips occasionally. I find it works a little better if you bear down hard, but I've never been one to do that ,and I don't like having to do that. I like a pen that flows freely and steadily without applying a lot of pressure. I couldn't recommend this pen, and I certainly don't feel like it's worth the money I paid for it!!

Love Love Love this pen
I initially found this pen in a bookstore. It was advertised as the world's most comfortable pen or something similar. I bought one, and never was able to find another until here on Amazon. Once found, I have bought many more in the other colors and just LOVE them. I do A LOT of writing in my job, and I like trying different pens. Many of my coworkers have tried to steal these pens, and I am vigilant about watching out for pen theft in the workplace!! This pen writes smoothly, consistently, and when it does run out, ink refills are available. Of course it is a plastic pen, but it holds up well, and it is fatter than the average stick pen so I can find it easily in my bag.

Love/Hate Realtionship with these Pens
Why I love them: I'm very picky about how a pen "writes" (for you fellow OCD pen people - you will totally understand this) This pen has a great flow, never skips, always writes well, and feels good in my hand. *These are for orginial Itoya pens only*Why I HATE them: I actually don't even use these pens anymore because I've had so many failures when trying to reload them with ink. The ink replacements never seem to sit right causing the pen to malfunction a lot. I've also had the refills stop writing all together and there is clearly still ink left. This has not only happened to me but the other 4 "pen junkies" at work that were also hooked on these pens.

Currently the best Rollerball pen
Best gel pen ever.Used Pilot many years ago; best then; quality declined over the years. Switched to Uniball; same story; over the years they changed the product. Now, this Itoya is the best; I suspect they make the cartridges in Japan (they are imported right now). A little expensive but I like the smooth flowing rollerball.

Xenon Pen Good Ergonomics and Eye Appeal
My wife and I both really like the ergonomics and the eye appeal of this pen. I am not too impressed with the filler, the ball is catchy when you first start to write, almost have to clean the tip before touching a document..... Other than that I really like the pen; and finding BLUE ink for these is mostly impossible; WHY?!!

Best pen for extensive writing
I couldn't ask for an easier pen to use that has a nice flow of fast drying ink. I actually purchased my first one at a college bookstore and got hooked on how nice the pen feels in my hand. The grip is made so that your hand and fingers do not cramp or tire out easily. I have arthritis, so this is very important. I would definitely recommend this pen for anyone, but especially for those who have arthritis-type problems. Not only that, the ink makes for very pretty handwriting.

Not what I expected
Definitely NOT medium point... this is a very fine line. It writes nicely and smooth but just not what I expected based on the description. Not worth my time to send back so I'll keep it and give it to a coworker. If you want a fine tip pen, this one would be good for you.

Buy this pen! It will change your life! :-)
Best ball point pen ever made! I’ve had 3 of these Itoya Xenon pens and used they all to the point they are destroyed held together with super glue and duct tape, they are perfect for people with finger or hand issues the grip is comfy, and very comparable to a Dr. Grip, the thing I like most though is how the pen feels when laying ink on paper, it is very smooth and satisfying. You will want to write more just so you can use your Xenon pen.
