Good service and great product
Great pans, the temperature indicator is helpful. They are definitely non-stick

Currently still going and 6 months old!
These pans have been the best I have ever owned. All my previous pans have ended up looking knackered after a week or so. These are currently 6 months old and still look new. There is a few knocks on them due to me being clumsy but apart from that the non-stick is fully intact and no burn marks. I also cook a lot of steaks and meat on high temperatures so they really do stand the test.Yes these are very expensive compared to other pots and pans. However if you do the maths they are well worth it. I'd personally always rather spend the money and have something which is build to last. Just as these clearly are. I look forward to buy more of them!

My 20cm Pan was defective
Pan was purchased Dec 2023. Six months later the 20cm pan heat element separated from the bottom of the pan and almost started a fire. Not sure if I just got a defective pan or this is something that happens over time? The 26 cm pan is fine, so far, no issues. I’d like to get a replacement pan or credit towards a new pan. I did just reorder the 2 set pans today. I’d also like to know the warranty on these pans.

Great for the first year and then non-stick wears out even with careful use
Was super impressed with the set at first. However, within a year, the most used pans began to stick when cooking which was surprising as I followed manufacturer care. I have an induction hob and cook fairly regularly, nothing fancy, not even putting the pans in the oven.Use wooden / plastic utensils, hand wash using non-scratch sponges (since recommended not to use a dishwasher).I got in touch with Tefal with photos and they said that because the coating wasn’t flaking (didn’t know that was a possibility, sounds terrible) it’s not covered. They offered a 30% discount at their outlet store, so I would have to spend time finding the set, which may be subject to availability and pay a chunk of money to buy something that I’m not confident will last more than another year.Super disappointing with the product, service and so called warranty. Had thought Tefal was a reliable company.
