High quality canvas, 24x18. It will be on a heavy 405gsm canvas, which is pH Neutral and meets the archival standards set forth by the 'Fine Art Trade Guild'. They have recently started using Hahnemuhle canvas, selected for it's fine quality, colour reproduction and consistency. Prints are allowed to cure for 24 hours before being laminated using museum grade Matte varnish. (Message me before order if you want to consider Satin or Gloss varnish). This provides protection from scuffs and moisture. You are then able to wipe the canvas with a slightly damp cloth if required. The veneer also prevents the print from cracking. Your canvas will have an archival life of over 100 years! It is mounted on stretcher bars which are finger jointed from the best grade European Redwood Pine which means that the bars are clean, dry, knot and spore free as well as being strong and straight with a significantly reduced chance of warping over time. To finish off your print, wooden wedges are fitted to keep the optimum tension which can be tapped in more if necessary. A metal hanger is fixed to the back (multiple for larger canvases) to save you and the customer time. Backing tape and felt bumpers are also applied for a quality finish.
