Soft and hotel quality
Extremely soft and comforting to a high spec of hotel quality. Really happy with this product and exceptional for the price. I may add I’m so impressed by the quality of this duvet set I had to place an order for another one, in the grey this time as I’ve already got the white. Amazing 🤩

Seems good quality but don’t think it’s 400 thread count
This looks good, washes well retaining the same texture and thickness. I am happy with this however it does not feel like Egyptian cotton with a 400 thread count. Given the very reasonable price I guess I am not really surprised!

Such a shame...
...a really lovely quality cotton duvet cover has been ruined by a simple design flaw.As reported before, and I should have taken note but was in a hurry to buy, the opening is so small. We all have our own way of putting duvet covers on but this small opening makes it difficult.What should have been 5 stars gets 3 stars ONLY because of the small opening.UPDATE: STILL struggling to put it on.

Poor quality
I bought the duvet set in April, looked lovely after first wash and felt nice. After a few washes and use, it started getting bobbly, seams split on the pillow cases, now four months later but actually on the bed every other week..it’s awful, cannot use any more and needs throwing away. It certainly isn’t 400 count like my other bedding, wouldn’t buy again definitely!
