Fox RunTortilla Press, Cast Iron, 7.25" Diameter

The handle broke off (a chuink of the base broke off) after 4 months of using it a couple times a week.

Dislike,Broken in after second use.. 👎🏻

I have a difficult time rating this item. It would be very helpful if the press had come with some helpful hints. i have looked up recipes and directions on line but find there is a lot of conflicting information. I need to do a lot of experimenting !Should I use flour ? Should I use OIL ? Do I need to alter my recipe ! How can I press the tortillas without sticking ????I haven't found the solution yet ! And I'm not sure I can blame the press or me !

Make your dough, make a dough ball, put in the press and pull the lever. Presto you have a tortilla! NOT! Because getting the just made tortilla out of the press into the frying pan without it falling apart is difficult, if not impossible. Good luck if you buy this thing.

Love my Tortilla press but I wish I had purchased one that made 10 or 12 inch tortillas rather than 6 inch ones. Because of the handle style, it's a challenge to find storage space in the cupboards without taking it apart.
