I own a marine band Hohner which is all I have to compare this against. For the price this is better than the Hohner. Easy to play. Super smooth. I picked one of these up because my kids were begging to use my harp so I grabbed the more affordable T008K which withstands the abuse just fine plus easier to clean with the plastic comb.

I'm not a very experienced harmonica player but I play a lot at home and in the car. I bought this as a car harmonica. It is not my first Easttop and I also own a Bluesmaster, Mars, and several Special 20s and Marine Bands. The Easttop T008K is comparable or better than any of those at less than half of the price. Many players might not like the exposed reed plates that are like the Marine Band but I find that they make it easier to hit single notes especially while combining with a chord while the plastic comb is much easier on the lips and tongue than the wooden one of the MB. The coated surface in black or blue makes it a lot easier than chrome to pick it up correctly instead of discovering that you have it upside down on your first blow. They also are a lot more forgiving of saliva and poor mouth position. If you are a beginner or intermediate player then definitely give one of these a try.

I am a pro harp player...I use easttops as backup harps...they are bright sounding and aren't junk..I personally don't like the metal rails across the front..similar to a Big River harp...that said..its not a big deal.I have bought quite a few... I have other brands too..but for the money these are great harps.

Sound is crisp and bright! Good value!

First time you hold it feels very substantial and the tone is clean. I have six keys but I feel like buying some duplicates to replace some of my cheaper harps. Not disappointed at all.

I've always wanted to learn the harmonica, and I thought this might be a good place to start. The Easttop feels solid in the hand, with no cheap, plasticky parts. It also sounds beautiful.Since I'm not an expert, I also asked a musician friend to give his opinion. Here are his comments:"This instrument has greatly exceeded my expectations. I’ve played a number of cheap harmonicas, and I thought I knew what to expect - lots of leaks, bad notes, and poor tuning, to start. The Easttop, however, played well from the first note. The pitch was good across the board, there was great volume, and the tone was good. I’d put this up against a Honer Special 20 with no hesitation, at less than half the price. The harp also has a very nice feel - none of the cheap plastic that you might expect at this price point. It comes in a cute little soft case, along with a cleaning cloth. For a beginning or intermediate player, I’d give this a hearty recommendation."

Suena bastante bien. Parece bien fabricada. Buena relación calidad precio. Lo que no me gustó,es que viniera la caja abierta y rota. Siendo un instrumento,que has de llevarlo a la boca,para poder tocarlo, debería venir con un precinto. Por lo demás bien.

Hab die Easttop C Harp bestellt. War 2 Tage später schon da. Ich Spiel schon fast mein ganzes Leben. Habe mehrere sehr teure Mundharmonikas und ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, das diese für nicht Mal 25€ da absolut mithalten kann. Super Klang und Verarbeitung. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
