Great hat BUT poor packaging lead to out of shape hat
3 stars because the hat itself is great but could easily been 5 stars if the company put more effort into protecting the hat during transport.I received the hat in a bag and is out of shape, put most of it back but the back of the hat is lower. Will see if I can get it to look as it was meant to otherwise will be returning.If they had placed it in a box then I'd give them a great review and keep it, shame they hadn't done that.

Unfortunately did not come in a box. Crushed and out of shape. Love the hat. So much so have ordered a second hat today. Would have been a five star.
