Get em !
I got the XXL just bc I didnt want anything skin tight. If tight, I think I could have gotten away with L (wow). I’m keeping these! This is classy and quality. I was even given a suprise gift with this (you guys rock n roll). Not itchy and ai learned a long time ago wool is great in heat and cold. Again, these are tad loose but they stay on and I could still put my pants on over them or wear them around the house and I swear I’d even try them at the gym (laugh if you want but wool is the best). buying more so look out world!

Great underwear
Really nice pants for cold weather. I like that they can be machine washed on gentle cycle. They must be put out flat to dry. Don't put them in the dryer. They fit well and feel great.

Replace ALL your other leggings!
I get cold easily and am trying to gradually replace as many of the synthetics in my wardrobe as I can with clothes made of natural materials. So when I saw these leggings while doing my Black Friday shopping, I gave in to temptation and bought four pair - two heavyweight and one each in medium and lightweight. Yes, they're in different colors (black, grey, and blue). What I LOVE:They're cozy soft, like a high-quality fine-knit (superfine) merino wool sweater. They aren't itchy at all, and they breathe like they're not even there. The heavyweight ones are sufficient for the freezing temperatures at my sister's place in the mountains without being too warm for the slightly-warmer temperatures at my parents' place. They all look great, sleek and streamlined without the plastic sheen of synthetics. If you do medieval reenactment, like I do, they'll work perfectly for it too, as long as you can cover or ignore the company logos at the hip and left ankle. The free pair of socks that come with them are a basic grey but feel almost pillow-soft.What could be improved:I got XXL, because my measurements are borderline between there and XL for the company's size guide (L/10-12 in normal store sizes). The leggings are a little looser than they need to be, though the nice thing about wool knits is that you can't tell they're big unless they're way too big. I'll probably get XL for my next order, but only because I like the waist to feel a bit more snug than these are. (I can add a drawstring to fix that.) There's a seam about 3" above the ankle that I wish were slightly less visible, though it's not enough to make me look for a different style. An option with pockets would have been nice, even though it would mean losing the seamless line along the outer leg. But these minor issues don't even add up to any significant dissatisfaction. I'm going to be living in them all winter long and will at least be able to wear the lightweight ones in the summer. As well as wool breathes, even the heavyweight ones will probably be more comfortable than synthetic ones in the summer.

Good for what they are
Very soft and not scratchy wool leggings. Will definitely keep me warm in cold temps without having to wear thick pants.I ordered a small and they fit great from my waist to my knees. The fit from my knees down to my ankles are actually a little loose. They do not hug my calves how leggings should and I so not have skinny legs. I am hoping after I wash them they’ll actually fit better because wool clothing is supposed to mold to your body over time.I will be honest, I do not think these are 100% merino wool as indicated by the labels (hang tag and printed tag inside leggings). The amount of stretch and the way the material stretches tells me there is nylon and or elastic in the fibers. There has to be some amount of nylon and or elastic because my Branwyn merino wool bras are 81% wool, 12% nylon and 7% spandex.

Great quality, worth the money!
Bought these for my wife and she absolutely loves them! If they were cheaper I would’ve bought 2 but I may still buy another pair going forward for the both of us. The quality is great. The feel of these are great. I have the men’s version so I know these are the best thermal pants I’ve ever used. Plus, they came with a pair of wool socks too! The price is definitely worth it for what you get. I’ve used these in various situations and they’ve kept me warm. No smell after washing. Color is nice. We wash them and then hand stretch them before air drying in the house not in the dryer just incase. The fit is great too.

Warm & Comfortable
These lightweight wool leggings are comfortable and good quality. They fit without binding and work well as an underlayer.

Warm, nice quality, but cut VERY short in the front
as said in the title, these are warm and feel very nice on my legs. They seem to be high quality as well. Still, unless you plan on wearing these with a long top or under pants or something, they may not be for you. The photos show why. These leggings feel as if they are cut unusually short in the front, which is to say you'll be showing the world more than you probably want to. I have to wear them super low on my hips to avoid this and am constantly conscious when I'm out and about. Again, maybe you plan to wear these under clothing, in which case, it won't be an issue and you'll love them!

Great Baselayer
Smooth merino wool mid weight base layer. Wore in below freezing weather while shoveling snow under quick dry hiking pants. Almost too warm during heavy activity! 5'5" normally wear a 10 in pants - ordered a large. Fit well. Will be taking for hiking in cold - cool temps. Fit well under hiking pants - no binding at hips or knees, had full mobility. seemed to do the job.
