I ordered Suvita Ayurvedic because of the wonderful ingredients and because it was a hundred percent herbal. I have felt absolutely incredible after taking this for just one week. I will say it’s helpful to try to do a cleanse first since it could cause mild cramping, only because I feel these pure herbs may be fighting with the junk in our systems. I do a mild 15 day cleanse by Vitalabs every six months. Keeps the intestines and colon clean from toxins and built up poop on our intestinal walls. Pure herbs work best in a clean body.
