(2 Pack) Smarter Biotin 5000mcg in Avocado Oil, Vitamin B7, Non-GMO, 90 Mini Liquid Softgels, No Soy

I’ve never taken biotin before and wanted to try it due to my very weak fingernails (a lifelong issue). These were a decent price and I’m noticing a bit more strength in my nails. I will finish the two bottles and possibly get some more.

There ok hard to gage any great results but nice color and good small size for swallowing nothing amazing to want to buy again.

Take these every night with my other vitamins. The label does say take with food so I can’t tell you if they make you sick without because I always take them with food. I like how small the gel capsules are makes it easy to swallow

I got these for the 2nd time recently because of a $20 off coupon. Then I remembered why I stopped taking them before; they male me really nauseous. I take it in the morning before breakfast so YMMV.

I love these vitamins. They are a great product! 👍🏻They aren't hard to swallow & don't taste bad.They are worth the money spent.I am however disappointed that I can't claim my free bottle as mentioned on the accompanying card. I was hoping to get Omega-3 as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & it sure makes a difference in my joint pain.

I added this to my daily routine of gummies even though it’s a little tiny capsule... easy to swallow. I finished taking the first two bottles and ordered 2 more. I’m up in years and like most older women we seem to lose the outer half of our eyebrows. A few weeks ago I had something in my eye and got the magnifying Murrow out. OMG. My eyebrows are visibly coming back! Being a hairdresser for many years I know that taking biotin is good for your hair and nails, but never gave a thought to my eyebrows. I was still filling them in everyday, but not in the magnifying mirror! Now I just have to dye them!
