My son was in a flash flood and could not open windows and had to be rescued — in an area that is a main thoroughfare and not subject to flooding. We’ve had crazy weather. After that, I bought four of these for my family. Someone wrote that the blade doesn’t seem like it would cut through seatbelts so I tested it on a very thick ribbon and it worked perfect. Quality piece and I feel more comfortable knowing we have these in the car. It doesn’t fit the visor - but not sure that’s a good idea anyway. Keeping it in center console.

Have not had to use yet but good size and good quality.

Wish it had a holder or velcro.

This device is very good quality and it comes with holster and a blade to cut the seat belt if need be...this is a must to have no matter where you live it's such a small price to pay that could possibly save your life because its unbelievable how many people end up in a situation that this little device can mean the difference between life or death

a great thing to have in your car. if there is a baby or animal locked in a hot car, or trapped, this will break glass and cut restraints. possibly a life saver!
