I bought this for my son who has adhd and anxiety. It’s exceptional! When we use this 5lb blanket he’s asleep in like 3 minutes. Fantastic! Highly recommend if you have a tightly wound little person. I wash it on gentle and air dry it. This process works great. It’s held up well so far and the coloring and softness are wonderful. It’s well made and worth the price.

I started shopping around for a weighted blanket at the suggestion of a pediatrician. I've heard of thunder coats for dogs and weighted blankets are supposed to have the same calming effects for kiddos. I was skeptical, but this blanket wiped away my skepticism. The minute I draped this over my grandson's shoulders he wrapped it around himself and snuggled into it. He calls it Grandma's hug blanket.It seems well made. The beads aren't evenly distributed so it's a bit uneven, but so is a hug. We're very satisfied with the blanket overall. I haven't washed it yet. If things go south in the wash, I'll update this review.

I am 59 retired teacher and very familiar with these blankets. I ordered a 7 lb er. I’m 5 4 weight 120 lbs. although a little short. It’s reall weighted for a small child this was best for me. Ok it has stars but who cares. It’s pretty and great/soft material. Would buy again. I recommend highly. Just a little short. 😊

My 3.5 year old sleeps much better with this weighted blanket. We ordered the 7lb one; he’s 36 lbs. I worried it would be too heavy based on online recommendations but the weight is spread so evenly across the entire blanket. It’s a good enough size to tuck into a toddler bed with plenty of foot room and side room, as well as and room at the top to fold down at my sons neck. Perfect purchase. The only problem is that I haven’t yet figured out is how to wash it! But so far we don’t feel worried.

My 3 year old sleeps slightly better with his blanket. I wish the weight were more evenly distributed. The middle of the blanket is the heaviest and the edges are way lighter. For the price I thought it would have been better. Still a very Durable, warm and cute blanket!

I got this for my son to see if it would help him sleep, it has helped him but he doesn’t often use it anymore- it is also a perfect lap blanket for me! I absolutely love this blanket, I’m so glad I got it!
