My hermits love this
It took my hermits half a day to enter the coconut hotel but once one of them figured out what it was....he loved it. So much that he blocked the entrance with 3 shells so the other one wouldn't come in. LoL The other one changed shells within hrs of me putting them in there. It took them 3-4 weeks to change into the shells I brought them from the beach. Love this product. Only can use the 3 biggest shells. The smaller ones does add to habitat for them to play with or reconstruct on their own.

Exactly as described. Outstanding price!
These arrived well-packaged and nothing missing or broken. The varied sizes of the shells are perfect. Both of my crabs had moved into new shells within 2 days and there are still plenty of sizes left for them to upgrade when ready. This was an outstanding price especially with the coconut hut which is great quality. My crabs and I vote 5 stars.

Great quality!
These shells are actually size appropriate, not gigantic, so our hermies will be so happy! They seem so much better than ones from a different supplier which were thin (and most arrived broken). Only one was broken in this order-but 14 good ones that they can actually use is a huge win. And the coconut is also great-I’m excited to replace the glazed over smooth ‘coconut’ that’s in their habitat now with this-the texture will be a welcome change for them! Will definitely buy from this supplier again as our hermies grow and are ready for the next sizes.

Awesome!
The shells are a variety of sizes and shapes, perfect for a growing hermit crab. Mine is still pretty small (half dollar size) and he already switched shells from when I ordered these a couple weeks ago! He prefers these over the generic painted shells you get at beach shops. The coconut house is large and adds a cute touch to the tank!

Cracked shells, not anything like the photos
Lots of cracked shells, so much you can see the bags they were shipped in had thick white powdery substance from the broken shells. I picked this one due to the high star rating, however I’m very disappointed. You cannot use shells that are cracked or have holes in them for your hermit crabs, they need shells without holes to keep in moisture to stay healthy.

Received an incomplete order
I received an incomplete order, & what I did receive is too small for a hermit crab. When I asked to have the order fixed I was told to contact Amazon about it.

Good for a hermit a habitat
Added more hermit crabs to my habitat so I needed another hut for them to go, of course they still all go in the original, but it is a cute little coconut hut. And I do wish the shells were more assorted with sizes but happy to a have a few extras.

Limited variety and broken shells
A few of them came broken which was a bummer because there weren’t that many big enough to fit my crabs and some were far too small to even be considered big enough to put in the cage. Once you boil the powder off them though, they really are pretty! Just wish there was more of a variety and the ones big enough didn’t break
