After purchasing one of these and after using it for the first time I thought it was amazing, so I bought a second one for the family. BOTH of the items broke within 30 days of light use and BOTH of them broke the same way. The power button got stuck and they wouldn't turn off, once the batteries died neither of them would switch back on, there is clearly a fault with the manufacturer and I couldn't have been more disappointed !!

This attachment has broken during normal use after 5 weeks. It is now unusable and I can't see how to return it and get a refund.

This item is amazing! Never owned one before so nothing to compare it with, but froths up a huge amount of thick foam from small amount of milk ( even skimmed) whether hot or cold, even on lowest setting. I’d say at least 5x it’s own volume, probably more. Bit of a technique required so as not to get it everywhere! Suggest tall narrow container and just put a v small amount in - couple of cm. Seems good quality and solidly made. Thoroughly recommend.

In theory a nice device, in practice you need some tall form jars as the vortex is strong it can’t be regulated in terms of speed, and it is easy to make a mess. I find that the foam is not formed with all types of milk, it probably requires sugar addiction I am avoiding.

So…it’s got power…even in the lowest setting. That’s one the problems. If you’re trying to blend anything or froth milk, it’s gonna leave the container, bowl, or bucket you use. So if it’s power you’re looking for, this is it. Major flaw to point out. It ran for one charge and won’t charge again. This could be a one off, but it’s a chance you’ll have to take. Look elsewhere in my opinion, but you’re gonna do what you want anyways. 1 week was all I got.

The rod is too flexible so it tends to wobble ar low rpm ... not cool when in a hurry and splatter everything around you .. i still use it but in a special recipient that narrows at top to avoid splatter

Bought it more than a month ago and never had to charge, we use it all the time I am just absolutely astonished by how great it is. Really worth every penny

Really good customer service, the blender itself is really good but use a jug to whip your coffee or milk, it's a strong little thing
