The answer!
On a Traps drum kit that had seen some student activity, we realized that the somewhat unique right-angle clamp that connected the 1.5" vertical tube to the 7/8" snare drum support rod had cracked. At first I tried to find an exact replacement, but had no success.When I spotted this, I got excited about the possibility of improving the rig instead of merely replacing what had been there before. I think it's a reasonable assumption to see the snare as seeing more different kinds of activity and pressure than, say, the toms on any kit.Replacing plastic with cast metal always gives me a good feeling, and the fit of both diameters in this item is spot on for my particular situation, but it offers a good range of diameters on both clamps, so I figure it'll solve quite a few different problems.Built like a tank, I think the rest of the kit could eventually turn to dust and this joint would still be lying there, looking the same as the day I got it...

El diseño y el material con el que se ha fabricado es bastante robusto, la única observación que puedo hacer es: la pinza pequeña es algo estrecha con lo que merma la sujeción en esta parte y permite que giren los soportes de los pads y al apretarlos con más fuerza sufre el material flexible que está en la parte inferior de la barra metálica que los sustenta, no obstante para sujetar el módulo es más que sobrado , si se puede observar en las imágenes que a la pinza le falta un centímetro para amarrar completamente el brazo de sujeción, lo cual demuestra la observación anterior, no obstante me parece una pieza bastante buena.P.D. al utilizarlo para sujetar el pad de caja para una batería Roland he obtenido mejores resultados que la pieza de Roland y a pesar de que la pieza es más estrecha (me refiero a la pinza pequeña), se sujeta perfectamente sin problemas de que se deslice.

Semplicemente fantastici, ho acquistato due multi clamp, e finalmente sono riuscito ad alleggerirmi di ben 3 aste per i piatti, svariati chili in meno per le serate, agganciando tutto al rollbar.
