I really like this trowel -- most of my weeding is kneeling in garden beds and it's perfect for loosening and working in soil. I carry it everywhere in a back pocket. The rubberized handle makes a comfortable non-slippery grip. The aluminum construction is strong and lightweight, but keep in mind that aluminum can be brittle and it won't stand up to being used as a pry bar. My trowel broke when I tried to pry apart some 2-foot stones in the retaining wall, bad idea, my error. A steel trowel might have just bent, but steel is also a lot heavier for daily use. Anyway, the first thing I did was order this same trowel again for a replacement.

This is a great little garden shovel. Very sturdy when digging into my clay soil, never buckles. Easy to care for. A good purchase.

I needed a little shovel to help fill in holes that my little dog likes to dig up in the yard. She’s a Shiba Inu so obviously I didn’t want or need to shell out for a full size shovel. This little trowel works perfectly to help put the dirt back in that my little troublemaker dug out. It seems to be well made. I’ve actually left it outside now for about a month or more and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it through freezing cold weather, ran, and heat.NOTE: If you found my review helpful please vote it as helpful below. This hand shovel works as it's intended but I find the handle to be a bit large for a small hand. It's also a little on the heavy side although that's not a deal breaker. The item is good quality but just a bit larger than my old one which was really comfortable and fit my hand perfectly.

I can't say definitively yet that this garden trowel is probably the best that I have ever owned since I have only had it about a couple of weeks.. Its lightweight, & the blade is stainless steel, plus the grip has a unique design which is quite comfortable that I have not previously seen. I love the feel & functionality of the tool & I don't anticipate any problem with this trowel. If anything should change, I will edit my review. I am currently very happy with this purchase. Kudos to the manufacturer for creating a product with their primary concern being customer satisfaction.

this hand shovel is good and sturdy and comfortable in the hand. it does'nt have a long neck like most shovels to bend when you have to put your back into it.thank you for a well thought out design. i;m (boo hoo) so happy.
