Capas Seagrass Ascot Ivy Cap

I usually wear a size large hat and that is what I ordered. The large hat came and it slipped down past my ears. So I ordered a medium and sent the large one back. The medium arrived and I put it on. It fit good and I was happy. Then I inserted the foam fitting material (not sure why this didn't come with the large hat) under the sweatband and it fit even better.Both the large hat, I returned, and the medium one I am keeping are not perfectly symmetrical. Probably because they're made of natural seagrass. Some people will think this gives the hat a bit of individual character. Other people may find this annoying. You'll have to decide which category suits you. I generally like things to line-up just right, but this second hat fits really well and the overall look is great. So I am keeping it for the summer months.

This hat is comfortable and fit as expected. I wear a size smal hat and these are hard to find. Most hats in stores are Medium, Large and Extre Large, or generically sized as M/L which generally are too big. I wear a lot of fedora style hats and wanted a different look and this Capas Seagreass "driving" cap fits the bill (pun intended).

I love this hat. Just enough shade to keep my eyes from burning yet not such a large brim to interfere with my vision. Keeps the sun off my head while the loose weave keeps my head nice and cool. And it's not just a boring ball cap. I've received many compliments on it. I wore a hat like this 15 years ago and couldn't find one anywhere. Fit was just as described.

Love the hat. Wore it to friends' son's wedding over a Kurta. Several guys asked where I bought it. Definite hit.

I work construction. Baseball hats have a gram at 10 to get in the way when working on items above my head I have to tilt my head way back to look up same with regular straw hat this hat is ideal for keeping my head cooler than a baseball cap but yet the brem is small and stays out of line of sight this is my second one the first one lasted 4 years

My son damaged his Capas Seagrass Ascot Cap and was so disappointed till we found this replacement and immediately placed the order. It arrived a very timely fashion, fits perfectly and has immediately taken the place of the previosly damaged cap. It looks very nice, is of terrific quality and he's so happy to have this replacement cap.

Used extra headband for a tighter fit. Arrived as promised. Nice hat. Good appearance.

It didn't have the shape like the picture but i have a method of shaping all kinds of hats. So now it looks just like the picture and i love the hat.
