The media could not be loaded.  Spent my time over 4 days putting this together, savoring every moment! Only broke one piece but glue solved that problem. One of the wires serving the stylus came away from the metal prong but I managed to fix it. Finished item looks great and plays music with a fairly decent sound quality and adjustable volume level.

Turned out absolutely beautiful. The instructions were easy enough to follow. My brother and I were able to finish it in about two days (this was full of breaks though). It also played music! It’s obviously not great music because it is a hand crank and I didn’t want to break it by using too much force, but very cool nonetheless. The kit also came with extra pieces in case some were broken when assembling it. We didn’t need to use those extra pieces because we were very careful, but it was a good backup if needed. This is a fun project to do that also doubles as a beautiful art piece once done!

I'm shocked that it actually works, it doesn't play the record well (it's hard to get the speed right turning it by hand), but it does actually play it. I think it looks cool, I put a "Nipper" dog in front of it to complete the look. Fun to build.

Great kit to entertain you for a week or so. Not “easy to assemble” but it’s not supposed to be. It’s a challenging, well- thought-out kit that provides great entertainment for experienced modelers.

The best ROKR 3D puzzle I have ever put together. So fun!! I have a whole hutch full of these puzzles and this, by far, is the most outstanding. And the music will make you want to dance and reminisce at the same time. Such an amazing piece! Thank you ROKR!

Absolutely beautiful and not as difficult to assemble as some rubber band moving vehicles. I did have a problem with the rubber band that drives the turntable being a little too big. Also, the instructions could be more clear on which side of a surface to wax. One last complaint which should be obvious. This isn't a stereo record player so don't think you can play your regular stereo 45s on it. But it will play old mono beatles records or something just fine. Otherwise, this is a super fun puzzle for an adult. I highly recommend it and ROKR is an excellent company as far as any of their models. Very reasonable price too for what you get.

My dad loved putting this together. BUTTT! Before you build find the upgrade and download it to the device. That way you won’t have to crank to hear the music!

Best wooden one yet to build. As for easy to assemble, that question is misleading. Directions were great but it was challenging at times. Even had to check out a video at one point. In the end, it was a great gift to do through the holiday break and it really works.

Bought for my husband. Will add pictures when it’s finished.
