My kitty might hate it but that’s just cause it means he’s going to the vet! I love it and it’s perfect and spacious!

I received this item and it seems to be as pictured and of good quality. I would give it five stars but I have to return it as the dimensions are wrong and it is too big for the one flight I have planned to use it. Given its rigidity, I don’t think it will smoosh enough to use.Item is actually 17.5” long, 10.5” wide, and my problem is that it’s actually 11” tall.

I really like this bag. It's stylish, versatile, and fits my 13lb cat. The upper structure poles aren't fully secured though, so they sometimes stick out.

We recently got a cat from the pound and he isn't the wiliest cat we've owned when it comes to travel but it does bring him some discomfort. The fact that this mostly obscures vision but he can still see and interact with us eased his nerves a lot. If your cat absolutely hates traveling i wouldn't recommend because they could easily rip through this carrier with some good effort. But if your cat is like ours, the expanding walls are perfect and the multiple entries make placing them inside easy.

OK I really wanted to love this but it’s not the same that I was looking forward to replace my existing one. I ordered a similar travel bag carrier about a year ago but never used it as a travel carrier. My dog uses it as a hide out or bed to sleep in. He loves to play in it so he ripped part of the side that’s why I’m looking to replace the same one. I’ve ordered variations of this but I can’t seem to find the exact same one they are all smaller in size and flimsier. You can see from my photos in comparison the new one is smaller and it’s not sturdy so it doesn’t stand up on its own. The original one is wider openings on top and side front. The photo of my dog is the original bag that you can see he put a hole in but it’s a perfect size he can stand up in it a bit and it doesn’t collapse on him Also has a sturdy frame all around so it sits up on its own. I’ll be returning this one and will still be on the hunt for a replacement. Maybe they stopped making the same kind and went with cheaper materials

I have another very similar carrier from another maker. I needed another and found this one. This one is better. The locking clasps on the zippers are great for ensuring the zippers stay closed. The other bag did not have those. The interior lining on this bag is softer. I'm not sure that matters much to animals that are already furry. This bag has a screened window area on the side opposite the entry door. The other bag did not have that. The fabric on this bag seems slightly better. There was nothing wrong with the other bag, but this one is just a little bit better quality and features.The expandable sides are nice because you can give your pet more space. Alternatively, you can expand the sides but close the dividing areas and transport multiple animals (for short periods of time). I do that to move two dwarf rabbits around from area to another and I don't want to be bothered with using two bags. I would not do it for a long time as the expandable side areas are not spacious.

I have a cat that has to endure 5-hour long flights at least 2x a year, and I always felt so bad keeping him cramped in a carrier the whole time. He also houdini-ed out of a pet carrier mid-landing during a flight once by somehow unzipping a door from the inside. I really wanted to find something that was not only more spacious but felt more secure, and this seems to be perfect for that. The buckles on the zippers so far have worked great for preventing any escapes. The carrier is too wide to fit under the aisle seat horizontally but I'm able to open up one of the extendable sides and have that portion stick out under the seat while having the carrier itself between my feet. The kitty is allowed to stretch out and seems much less antsy this way. Highly recommend.

I have the cutest dog in the world! His comfort (and mine) and security while traveling was always a concern. That is until I tried this carrier. I was in the market for a new one. My friend travels a lot and recommended this one. I took two 4-hour flights with my dog in this bag. It is very sturdy and light. Solid construction. Solid zippers, which kept him in place. It has a sleeve to make it easy to put on my roller bag. It has vents on 3 sides, including one on each long side that expands out to provide more room. My dog loved this particular feature and took advantage of it the minute I opened them up. The carrier is also lined with soft, plush material. Very cozy. I am extremely satisfied with it and happy I bought it!!
