Tool performs as expected

I chose this particular tool for two reasons: first, it's affordably priced. Second, unlike almost every other small torque wrench out there, it goes to 250 in lbs, instead of 200. Most 3/8" torque wrenches only go down to 20 ft-lbs, aka 240 in-lbs. What to do if the spec is 212 or 237 in-lbs? This tool solves that. Well-done!

Great quality.
This is a nice wrench for the money. Well balanced good quality. My only complaint is the case is pretty cheaply constructed kind of harbor freight like but does the job. Never able to find out where this is made, not marked anywhere. Used to rebuild a motorcycle engine and very happy overall.
