This product really works great and quite quickly too! My hair seemed to stop growing longer after several short hair cuts, but by the middle of the first bottle of long hair vitamins, it started growing longer!! Thanks long hair vitamins! Also it makes for a nice little treat each day without worrying about adding calories or weight!! And they taste good too! You can swallow them whole if necessary. They do however stick to your teeth if you try chewing them so my suggestion is either swallow or suck on them till they're gone and enjoy a nice bit of fruity lightly sweetened goodness each day! Be cautious when you try to swallow them whole because they are big and can be hard to swallow or for some people impossible. If you suck on them and flatten them out a bit first then you'll be able to swallow them whole with no problems! ENJOY!

I barely noticed any difference and I thought it was working but it didn't. it is good to swallow - but if you aren't careful and valuable with them they'll be gone in a heart beat. Dont waste your money

They taste good. I am just now starting on my second bottle and already I see a difference. I no longer have a comb full of hair so it has helped with that and I feel like my hair has more body to it . As far as the lenght it is to soon to tell. Over all I am happy with the product and will continue to take it.
