Ive never been a soy sauce fan. Its just too salty! This soy sauce has the nicest fruity flavor and it doesnt seem nearly as salty. I love that its fermented in a traditional method and that Im buying a product that may help keep traditional alive. Im finding new ways to use this sauce and having fun enjoying it. Great flavor, not too salty, excellent value and a boost to tradition.

Despite some initial hickups with the distributor, which they corrected promptly, we received the sauce as advertised. It was worth the wait. It is immediately and delicately different from your everyday Kikoman soy sauce, in the best way. It is delicious and worth the price. We're very pleased. Thank you SSS.

It was the best ponzu sauce I've ever had. The larger chain sauces cost about the same, but taste like burnt salt. This one tastes of all the goodness and health the earth has. It has a nice citrus taste that doesn't overpower the earthy tones of the Ponzu sauce. 10 out of 10 would recommend

This is a highly flavored soy sauce of world class! It's the second favorite of my life, the regular soy sauce (Kiku Bisiho) by this company being the best of my 68 years.

The media could not be loaded. Really for the pri$e I was hoping that it was gonna be actual Ponzu, but this is like Uzu Ponzu sauce or whatever they have in Japan that is like a lime but whatever’, Do not!! This product it’s not worth buying at all. Just terrible flavor

ミツカンのポン酢などと比べて、酸味が薄めのポン酢です。それもその筈、原材料は醤油、だし、柑橘類。以上！ なんと酢が入っておりません。タコの酢の物、冷奴など夏のお供に美味しく頂いております。
