The price of these jars (with rings and lids included) is good. The quality is good. The only problem is that the rings will NOT fit other mason jars (example: Ball brand) that use a regular mouth ring/lid size. The rings are slightly smaller, which means you have to keep these jars and rings separate from others you might have because they won't fit other regular mouth sized jars. The lids work. If you try to use a ring made by another company, such as Ball, they will be too big. Buyers beware: These rings only fit these jars.

I have purchased this product twice, so they can't be too bad. The jars are just fine, as you expect any canning jars to be. The lids are fine, too, but the rings that came with them are not very good. Lots of times I can't get them to go on the jars straight. They get askew, and I try and try to get them on straight. Then I throw them aside and use an old ring that I've saved. If you have a collection of old rings around, have them handy when you are canning something with these jars. Comparing the threads on these rings to those on old rings shows that these rings are not well made.

These are thick and pretty jelly jars with sealing lids . Thr box arrived with one broken jar and the customs service was excellent. I am happy with this product and will store homemade grape jelly with these jars. They are pretty enough to give jelly as gifts to friends and neighbors.
