Nothing special but at least it didn’t have tons of calories like the flavored ones

I took these with me to Mexico as I am vegan and was sure I would be on my own for breakfast. I was. And these were perfect! Very tasty. And also easy, kept me full. Really nice for travel - of course, for at home the instant oatmeal is not as good or your heart and blood sugar as the old fashioned slower cooking oatmeal.

Go to go...in a rush day.

I didn’t realize it would taste so salty. We can add our own salt to our liking and health preferences.Bob’s Red Mill should leave it to the consumer.
