Pairing was hasslefree and from the time i played my first tune it was bang on. For the price point i could not ask for a better pair of earbuds. This one is a keeper and will be my go to earbuds. Thank you TOZO for this amazing product

*Long review warning*So...I bought a set of the TOZO-T10 earbuds 2 years ago. Absolutely loved them. They fit in my ears just fine and the sound quality was fantastic - real head shaking bass! I was gutted when I broke the right earbud.So, desperate to get some head banging earbuds as soon as possible, I came back to amazon to buy another set of T10's. However, when I came to buy them, amazon recommended me the upgraded brand new T12 version with it's snazzy looking earbuds and charging case with all of the lights! And of course all of the 5 star reviews! So I bought them. Well, how disappointed was I. No matter which way I tried and which little silicone thing I put on the end, I just could not get these to sit right in my ear at all..terrible! I managed to find a sweet spot where it sounded best, but it meant that I wasn't getting any noise cancellation, just sounded awful! The other thing is the charging case..so yes, it's great that it shows you the battery level of each earbud, and a precise percentage of battery level for the case, but I very soon realised that I didn't care! The T10 case is simple, yet more than adequate display, which with it's translucent case is far better, as you can see the battery level at a glance without having to open the case up. The other gripe I have with the case is that the T10 case has a little loop to be able to attach a lanyard which I really like - but the T12 case doesn't have this..can't understand why.Needless to say, I boxed these back up, sent them back and got myself another set of TOZO-T10's - far superior in my opinion.As a final note, do not trust these 5 star reviews, here's why...inside the box is a qr code to scan to register for 18 months warranty - WOW, AMAZING! However, when you register, you are giving TOZO your email address. They then email you to ask you to leave a 5-star review, in return for a FREE wireless charger...so no wonder there are so many 5-star reviews!I have to admit, I did leave a 5-star review for the T10's, but that was only because they genuinely blow my mind with how good they sound and how quick they charge. I use them every day

Earbuds started messing up the very first day I used them. One of the earbuds keeps shouting different controls into your ears without you actually prompting it to do anything. They would also turn off out of the blue.I communicated with TOZO and they asked me to reset them, they sent me reset instructions that simply did not work. When I told them that the reset instructions weren't working, they sent me a link to Amazon's Customer Service implying that I should return them.Also, they sent in a 30$ gift card with the item asking me to give it a 5-star review and once I do, to send a screenshot to their email to redeem the gift card and not tell anyone about the card. Makes me doubt all of their reviews.AVOID!

This product is a classic example why not to pay attention to the reviews over here. Based on the reviews that praised on how good these earbuds sound and how good they are for the price blah blah etc I decided to buy these in order to listen to some music from my mobile. I can only say that the sound I heard from these compares only to a pair of a couple of quid cheap earbuds that you buy from petrol stations or in poundland, in fact poundland sells better sounding earbuds for a couple of quid. These were horrible in sound; abysmal bass, and the highs and mids were all over the place. Honestly, Betron earbuds have a far superior sound than these and they cost under a tenner. Returned the product promptly and will avoid the brand in the future

Los auriculares no son lo que la gente dice, la calidad de sonido es normal, bajos, graves y agudos. Cuidado con las reseñas que a mí me llegó dentro una tarjeta en la que dice que si ponía 5 estrellas me daban 30 euros de saldo en Amazon!

Ces écouteurs sont impressionnants !Je suis DJ et exigeant sur la qualité sonore, tout est bien restitué avec un fort accent sur les graves. Ils remplacent des jabra élite 75t active, un casque Bose 700, un casque major 3 Marshall ainsi que le monitor, et des intras TECHNICS sans parler des melomania de Cambridge.On parle d ecouteurs de 40 euros pour un rendu équivalent largement ceux presque 10 fois plus chers.Je vous conseille juste d installer un équaliseur car c est vrai le volume global d origine est faible.J ai commandé les NC 9 tozo pour moi et mon amie vu ma satisfaction dans pareille.Je ne poste pas souvent de retour mais la vraiment chapeau bas les chinois.J ai échangé les embouts d origines en silicone par des klim a mémoire de forme je suis aux anges.Musicalement votre,François FK
