I found this easy to prepare and my first serving did not explode or run over the vent at the top of the package when I microwaved it. I did prop it up in a bowl rather than rely on the package standing upright on its own. Then just widened the package vent and poured it into the same bowl. Added a spritz of lemon juice and stirred it in. Delicious! It does come to $6.00+ bucks per serving but beats the most premium brand usual supermarkets soups and is very convenient for any single wanting a quick meal with minimum fuss. Next time, I'm going to try chopping up a small, fresh tomato and add that to the soup. A few croutons would add to the body and presentation of the soup, as any herb garnish used for seafood. The box it comes in is a heavy cardboard box one can either recycle or use as a storage box for a small item or for the crafty be upcycled, with inside lining and painting /decoupaging the exterior into a storage or gift box, especially for a birthday or holiday gift as its opening/closure is secure enough not to need taping closed. I will buy this again as budget allows.

I used to love the Fish People's seafood soups, but they stopped making them. Luckily, I found these soups from Sea Food Pacific--so tasty! They are easy to prepare (a minute and a half in the microwave) and are both hearty and flavorful. A high quality product that I recommend.

This soup has a good flavor & the pieces of fish (not sure what they were - maybe clams) were soft; however, there is a bitter after - taste. I spat out those pieces of seafood.I would not purchase this soup again because of the bitter aftertaste & it was too expensive.

This soup is great and super easy to heat. Lots of good fish chunks and the soup tastes as if it was made with heavy cream.

Very tasty and easy to prepare. Really stinks up the microwave though...for days! 9oz. is just a little too small a serving for hungry eaters, but it is restaurant quality ready in just a few minutes....

The bisque is very good. It tastes fresh and there is a nice amount of seafood. It’s a little salty but that’s typical for me with prepared soups. I just put a little shot of cream in it to make it richer and to dilute the salt. It’s a bit pricey for what you get but I can see myself buying this again.

I love this soup, I have served it at a dinner party (I removed all contents from the entire box and put it in a pot) instant gourmet cook. Also have been on a liquid diet which is really boring, so here is what I did. Remove contents from one package, add about 1/2 cup of water, place soup and water in blender, blend then place in cup and heat in microwave.
