Fortino Landi Men's Long Sleeve Dress Shirt, with Tie and Hanky - Many Colors

For me, this shirt fits poorly. I bought two shirts; each fuchsia size 37 - one sleeve 34-35, the other sleeve 36-37. I found the shorter to be about an inch to 1.25" too short but I found the longer to be about 2" too long. I measured myself with a tape measure from where shoulder meets upper arm to wrist I have about 20.25-20.5 inches; I used my chin to hold the tape measure in place at the shoulder. I kind of expected one size to be incorrect and one size to be correct but I had in mind that I would have the tailor change the one that didn't fit to a short sleeve. So it turns out the shorter will be a short sleeve but the longer will have to be shortened about 2 inches. (I'll let the tailor decide; unfortunately, all is in complete lockdown here and no chance to see the tailor anytime soon I reckon.)You might wonder about why I purchased two shirts. I have to admit that i usually purchase one shirt from Amazon; only if it works out, would I purchase a second. Reason is the color. I really love that dark pink color and it is exactly true to color in the photo.More serious complaints follow:While the neck fits fine (17.5 inch neck), the waist is extremely loose. Although I wouldn't reckon myself thin, tried these on after two plates of pasta even, swelling at 44" around the middle abdomen, the shirts are ridiculously spacious -- I would be embarrassed to wear them and would not feel comfortable in them. I think I should have known better when there was no male model waring them but they appear just in the packaging. I suppose, thinking about it, that that was a dead give-away. I just bought a slim flit "large" shiny satin "gigolo" shirt from Amazon and that fit me perfectly except the the neck was very slightly tight. To fix these shirts, I shall have to pay a tailor at least as much as their purchase price.As for comfort, the fabric is coarse and not of very high quality. I don't know why as the cotton-polyester blend is common but something is not right. I would find these shirts a bit itchy in the summer and I would have to wear an undershirt and change the shirt to short sleeve. As a long sleeve. it would just be a winter shirt.I bought some cheap Indian branded/made shirts in Bahrain cheaper than these "Landi" shirts and the fabric of these Indian shirts is much more comfortable but the Indian slim fit (couldn't locate regular fit) is so small I need xx or xxx-large and even then, once buttoned, the shirt is a bit tight even before the pasta. So I thought I'd sample a shirt on Amazon. Backfired in this instance, however. I am 5'10" and 195 lb. ; I would have to be perhaps 265 lb. Presently I would need to shave off 10 inches from the circumference around the bottom and 7 inches from the midriff.On the positive end of matters, the tie is much nicer than I anticipated; good design --and it is an actual real tie but, of course. not silk but polyester (for the price to be expected). Matching hankie is a classy touch.Anyway, I wouldn't recommend size 17 34/35 or 17 36/37 unless you are obese and you are insensitive to coarseness of fabric and you have either, respectively, shorter or longer arms than I have. Overall, for me, these shirts are extremely poorly tailored. -2 stars for poor tailoring -1 star for coarseness of fabric.In the photos, you can observe all the extra fabric. My tape measure is red with white letters making it slightly difficult to read but. along the bottom of the shirt, it is at 54 inches; however that is straight line so the actual diameter is larger.

there is nothing I dislike about the product

This is a very nice looking dress shirt and for the price I will definitely be buying a lot more for my husband and my two son's!!! to me I couldn't tell the defence between the super expensive dress shirts to these one's and these shirts come with nice ties to!!! I will continue to buy dress shirts and pants from this company.

Just right and impressive look!

I liked the shirts but they are actually a size larger then stated. My shirts ordered were 20 but when they arrive the labels said 20-21 and a 20 fits me nicely but these were larger than stated

Really pretty and the colors in the tie will go well with the outfit I am wearing to our daughters wedding.
