Overall I do love this yarn, but let me give you some info about my experience with it.I really love the colors more than words can say that are in all of the sets available, but this one especially.The yarn is just about in-between worsted and dk weight and you could get away with using between 3.75mm - 5.50mm. My favorite is 4.5mm but it depends on what you're making of course.It is very soft, I'd even make a baby hat with it but it is still acrylic yarn. Don't get me wrong I am a ride or die for acrylic yarn, but its definitely NOT antipilling.I used this for a pattern test, and I had to order multiple sets to have enough yards so I can say for me at least colors did not vary, they were on point every time.(Though I had to order multiple times specifically because Amazon didn't deliver one of the orders and that sucked and made me a week late on my pattern test)However I needed to coordinate these colors very specifically, and the balls/colors do not have names so I had to number them 1-10 to keep better track-- but I can think of a million adorable names for these colors like Fairy Floss, Potion Purple and Grape Agate so I deeply wish the maker would let me name these for them.I have not tried washing it because I'm too paranoid, and I didn't feel the need to block anything either because I hate blocking and will only do it when necessary, so I don't know if the colors will bleed but they are extremely vibrant so I'd only use cold water if you needed to wash it.All in all I did really enjoy the yarn, even more than the pattern test actually. 😅 I'd recommend the yarn over the pattern because it wasn't written well and plus size options look like crap, author didn't care about my or others test results/problems brought to her attention and released it as is regardless. I'm not normally a fan of acrylic yarn, but this stuff is incredible! The colors are lovely and the texture feels nice in the hand. The yarn is listed as a 4, or medium weight, but it's really more of a 3, a light worsted or DK weight. It's perfect for my needs, making light summer weight blankets, but YMMV. The yarn does pill and can break, but no more than any other acrylic yarn.If you want something beautiful and inexpensive, this is the yarn for you!

I like the colors in this set. Not enough yardage in one skein. Ran out of a particular color and had to order 2 more times to complete project.

Love: the colors, the uniformity of the yarn, small skein size for when you just need a little bit of a color, coordinated yarn setsDislike: the yarn feels scratchy while crocheting, it snags easily/splits on the crochet hook, and the washing instructions don't say it can go in the dryer. Seriously. Who has the space, time, or patience to lay a kid's blankie flat to dry?! I'm going to wash and dry this when it's done - in the dryer like a normal person - and will report back with how it survives.

great colors of yarn. Not huge skeins so i don't have to work on an afghan. easy to order online and received it very quickly. good value and this saved me time and 'effort' going to the store and picking a rainbow of colors. will order these again.

I love this yarn for my cup cozies, I do use two strands because I want them nice and chunky. This yarn is so soft and feels really good while knitting!

I ordered this because I saw something online that someone had made using this yarn and it looked gorgeous. The yarn does look beautiful, but it isn’t soft at all and you get very little for how much it costs. I’ve barely used any of it because it’s just unpleasant to work with. It has that 1980s scratchy plasticky fake feel.
