No one makes a better flip flop than Reef! These are my go to every single summer

This is my second pair of these! I kinda ruined my last pair with 100% DEET bug spray- that stuff like chemically removed the gel nail polish on my toes and the black pigment in the flip flops! Normally, I wouldn't be spending $30+ on flip flops, but since my go-to plain Nike black flip flops were hard to find this summer, I went back to these. These are comfy for me right out of the box- no break in period. The sole is a good thickness- not a platform, but not so thin you feel every little grain of sand beneath your feet. The strap is a little padded, and also a bit thicker which adds to the level of comfort. I just wish the REEF tag wasn't white with black lettering and I wish it wasn't placed right at the T of the strap. It just kinda sticks out like a sore thumb! But they are still a very comfortable, classic looking pair of flip flops!Since I bought these, I've bought 2 other pairs of Reef sandals. This pair is still my fav!

These Reef flip flops are the perfect little sandal for everyday simple wearing ....seem to be excellent quality and very comfortable with a somewhat squishy sole and leather look strap lined in a soft tan and black patterned fabric. I sized up to a 10 as these do not come in half sizes ( I am a true 9.5 in most footwear) and they are just a tiny bit long but not enough to return them for a 9 which probably would put my heel at the very back edge. They were comfy right out of the box and will go with a lot of summer outfits. Got a great sale on these too!

I love the look of these, so I’m keeping them, but I’d like to say this: I have narrow to medium feet and these are a bit more roomy than I’d like. My feet swim around a little more than I’d like. I’m used to the Cushion Reef’s where the sole is much thicker than these. These have more of a flat look. I’d say they are true to size otherwise, and I really love the Brown look.

Very comfortable. Giving 3 stars because the foot base is so smooth if your feet are wet these are almost impossible to walk in. Great for walking around but not great for taking to the pool or the beach. When wet these are so slippery that I would worry an elderly person, or someone not super stable on their feet, would fall over.

I NEVER leave photos....I had to, this time. I NORMALLY wear 6-6.5 sz flip flops but these are a sz 7, so PLEASE order up 1 sz up....after reading the reviews, i was nervous. I thought a sz 7 was going to be too big. Secondly, i was reading that people with thin feet wouldn't be as happy because they fit loose. This is why i took photos. They fit comfortably. I have VERY thin feet and I'm 61 and need some extra cushion. They aren't cushy enough to walk around Disney but i really like them. The photos pretty much explain the fit. I definitely recommend!

I took these on a trip to Australia and as others mentioned, the metal buttons that attach the "Reef" brand name do rub the top of your foot. What's worse is that over a short period of time the metal logo starts getting strange blotchy discoloration when exposed to salt water and then will stain the strap of the shoe which is particularly noticeable if you buy the white pair like I did. These are way too expensive to have these kind of issues.
