Sound quality is great, easy to use
Got the v6 plus quickly with free prime shipping, I didn't get the chance to install it till today. It was easy I had it installed on my helmet in about 5 minutes. I previously used the Fodsports BT-S3ย which worked good at speeds below 55mph, any faster and the wind noise would drown out my music. I bought these for listening to my playlists on my phone during my daily commute. On my test ride today I noticed a large improvement on the sound quality and was able to hear my music clearly without maxing out the volume at 80mph+ on the interstate. The volume controls are better on the V6 plus also, my only wish is that they didn't share buttons with the next and previous song track function. The phone call quality is also very nice. I like the auto answer, I missed calls with my previous bluetooth because my hand was busy with the clutch and couldn't safely hit the button. The new button layout is another improvement, I can find all the buttons quickly even with gloves on. I highly recommend buying one, Once I find my wife her own bike I will purchase another V6 plus and try out the intercom features and add to my review.

Really good, but not without some issues.
I really wanted to like these, and for the most part I do - great volume, preset FM stations, Google Assistant with a double-press, battery level notification, etc., but operating the buttons with winter gloves on is a challenge, and interruptions from phone notifications while speaking to another rider last almost 10 seconds and neither rider knows that the other can't hear them speaking any longer, and a few other small issues. Double-pressing the volume down button to launch assistant needs to be pretty quick, otherwise you're simply changing volume, and I found this hit and miss with winter gloves on. The buttons also seem to be unnecessarily hard to press, but maybe that's necessary as there are so many of them. There are 8 buttons on these, and the functions in the different modes take some time to get used to as it seems overly complicated (to me) until muscle memory sets in.

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh, you get what you pay for.
Build quality - 4/5: It works reasonably OK. It has a tiny delay when waking up its audio which means that often times the first word or 2 of navigation is cut off, but since Google Maps usually says "take a left", that often means that the "take a" portion is cut off. Otherwise has been pretty reliable so far, and looks like it'll hold up to some abuse. The one thing I don't like is how doubletapping the volume + button *calls the last dialed number* - really?Sound quality - 3/5: I tried adjusting it as best I could, but you're really not getting any bass out of the included speakers. Maybe with better ones. It is plenty audible and loud no matter what though, so props for that. Mic quality is alright, certainly audible.Overall - 4/5: It should come as no surprise that at 1/4 of the price of a Sena/Cardo, there's some compromises to be made. This thing works for basic navigation, but music seems to lack all semblance of bass at least in my dual-sport helmet. Still, it does the most important job it's supposed to do, so I can't complain too much.

Got in our first ride to try these out this past Saturday
After 5 years of really good use of our IdeaPro Bluetooth Headsets, we decided to retire them by handing them to other riding friends of ours and get a pair of these. We rode about 120 miles this past Saturday to test them out and see how they work. While we may need to make some adjustments, they are an upgrade from the other set.The noise cancellation is nice and works great but cause some drop outs when approaching 70 mph. The big buttons and placement is great! We may need to adjust on our phones how we get notifications, but the units switched back to intercom every time and quickly.I see people praise and buy one unit for double the price of these as a pair, and I can't see how they can be any better.

Totally unresponsive company. My mistake
Iโm disappointed in this product. I wanted to use it as just a two way intercom for just two people, but using wireless Bluetooth headsets instead of the devices supplied. I am unable to make it work.I realize I may be trying to use product in a way it was not intended. But my review is because I have reached out several times to the company and have received absolutely no response whatsoever. I would definitely NOT recommend doing business with this company. I will not again.
