Even though there is not much padding up front for men, it is wide enough and roomey to be good. Very soft and no extra seams between or near the legs, so no irritation or chafing. Sizing is good. The back maybe noticeable under pants. They are very very thin, so I get concerned that it may not absorb enough. They do last about 4 hours for me. I just wish it did not have all the printing on it. Price wise, I think these are a bit high compared to other products with similar absorbencies.

These r the best so far on market! They will work for male r female! I love the sides are high up and doubled layer to prevent leakage! They cover front to back well! They're soft+don't mk noise while wearing! I would've gave 5 ★ but only downfall is, they're not wide enough in center they need to be at least 1 more inch wide across entire center+front-back then, they'll be perfect! If u have heavy leakage especially nighttime advice and this works wear double, and daily wear extra liner in middle for safe guard from overflow! I use tena ultimate longs they work perfect than any other liner's on market! I will be Glad if amazon would bring back ultimate long HASOCARE for women back, they're #1 thin but material soaks up a lot and they're perfect width across center w side leak guards for protection, u can't even tell u hv on they're best brand ever made! Do not wear the liners no matter brands that r narrow at front wide only at very back, these type liner's will always cause leakage and they don't have wide width middle for appropriate protection! If, I could afford to invent the perfect liner's+underwear for bladder protection for both male and females, I would💯 create the PERFECT liner's and underwear BEST COVERAGE, COMFORT, FRONT-BACK-MIDDLE ALL WOULD BE AWESOME FIT! I wish these companies that aren't listening and solving but over price for only disappointment w us as customers would contact me to show them how to create and solve every1s needs w no regrets! I can GUARANTEE my WORD! so many companies but the creator don't get it, and most likely cause they're not having to fight this on day to day/night- night health issue w bladder protection! I ordered a small, I wear between a 2-4 but these are really too big. They have a lot of layers which is great for absorbency. The biggest problem is they are best worn under skirts or dresses but since I wear pull on pants or jeans they give me an a very strange derriere. Since my pancreas won't make enzymes I will use these at night and because the comfort is so good I will reorder them.
