I had back surgery. I couldn't even bend over enough to wipe myself. It was humiliating to have to ask my husband to do it. With this, I can do it myself. Well worth the money.

This is a horrible product bought for my husband who has a horrible back injury he used it and the toilet paper does not come off the end after you push the eject button so unless you want your own feces on your hand go ahead and buy and use other than that I do not recommend buying this product there are other ones out there that are way more useful and work a lot better they just cost a little more

The item works is easy to load and holds the paper.What the problem is. there is a spring in the handle to release the paper. The rubbery handle cover is what holds the spring in place.The handle begins slipping within a few weeks. The material rips in a few months.Mine is nearly unusable at a mere 5 months.The rubber coating at the working end produced a hole after 2 months or so.

When u wipe the paper falls right off it does not stay attached to the handle !very unhappy with this product

I've had to order 2 of these in 3 months because the grabber mechanism breaks easily.

This product was no help what so ever. It made thing more complicated and didn't reach where it needed to be reached. Infact it made things more messy than it should have.

When you wipe, the paper just falls off of the stick... I tried several different ways of putting the Tp in this thing and it never worked. I ended up using it as a tool to reach the flusher since I couldn’t bend after my spinal fusion. Don’t waste your money.
