Good but needs instructions
Works well. Comfortable. Be sure to unscrew the ball cap a bit or the oil won’t be released onto the blade. Sorely needs instructions, but doesn’t include them. I did better breaking off the scored glass with pliers than by tapping the glass with the ball on the end of the cutter. I underdtand why the blade head is spring loaded (to prevent oil from leaking) but it makes it harder to use because you have to press down while cutting or your blade will pop up and jump over the edge of your ruler guide.

Great Glass Cutter for Beginners and Above
My wife is taking a couple stained glass classes and said she would like her own tools. This was better quality than what she was using in class and loved the glass tapper on the end. Works very well and no complaints after 8 or 9 pieces, so think this is a keeper for her growing collection. She liked the control of it for delicate work, but went to her pistol grip for repetitive and straight cuts. Self oiler seems to work well and no issues keeping the blade coated or leaking as she is using it.

Works as advertised.
Nothing really to note. A solid glass cutter that will do the job. I bought this because I wanted to add a glass bed to my 3D printer. I needed a rectangle with the corners cut off in order to access the bed leveling screws, and Lowe's would cut the rectangle to size but would not do the corner cuts. This tool worked perfectly. The cuts that I got were cleaner than the guy at Lowe's was able to get. Next time I will do all of the cutting myself.

Worked great
I've never cut glass before, so I wanted a tool that was highly recommended, and this one did not disappoint. I watched a couple of youtube videos before trying it, and viola! My first cut went smoothly and quickly. After scoring, I put a thin long piece of flat wood under the scored seam and applied a minimal amount of pressure on both sides, and that did the trick. I did oil the tip, but I'm not sure you need it.

Do not buy this item
I opened it, it looked pretty good. I put oil in it, and the wheel would not oil up even after 15 minutes of rolling. I took off the cutting wheel, and saw that the felt that is supposed to dispense the oil on the wheel was pushed all the way up into the pen part. I tried to pull it out a little, and the whole thing came out, then the part that holds it pushed up into the body of the cutter, and the only way I could get it out was to dump all the oil out, then it wouldn't go back in. In frustration, I threw the thing across the room, then threw it in the trash. And before you say it, I've been doing stained glass for over 15 years, I know how cutters work.

Seems like it works good and quality seems ok
I'm a beginner, so I really didn't know how to use it properly. Seems like it works good and quality seems ok.

It works!
Finally the glass breaks properly! A friend said to make the score, flip the glass and use the ball to tap along the score on the other side. I was so frustrated with my old cutter that I was thinking how I could do my hobby mosaics without cutting and now I am moving right along. Great product.
