There is no problems with the colors or fitting in the printer
The cartridge works well I even used with a black color I had from before. I spect they last the same time aproximetly and so far I'm happy with.

Need help from company
Reviews indicate that the company is very responsive to problems, and I need assistance.I received my cartridges today, and after installing them all, an error message popped up telling me that a cartridge was defective. After popping that cartridge out and reinstalling it, another error message appeared telling me that a different cartridge was defective. Each time I popped the appropriate cartridge out and reinstalled it, I received a message telling me that still another color cartridge was defective, until I'd reinstalled each of them. Printer status reports printed fine, though.I finally tried printing a document. A few pages printed without a problem, then it stopped printing, with another error message telling me that the yellow ink cartridge was defective. I kept popping that one out and reinstalling, but the same error message reappeared each time - always the yellow ink at this point.How can I connect with the company to get help? No contact info came with the box of cartridges.I'm required to leave a star rating, so will make it 3 for now and change to 5 if my problem is fixed. Thanks!A few years later: Just noticed that I never updated my review. The company saw my original review, contacted me, and sent a full package of replacement cartridges and a black replacement, as well, with no cost to me! I've been very happy with the customer service and cartridges, and so am changing my rating to 5 stars.
